My Warrior's Place offers a relaxed tropical setting nestled on the Little Manatee River in Ruskin, FL. Currently the property consists of an office, one 3bed/2bath cottage, one 2bed/2bath cottage, four 1-bed/1-bath cottages, two studios, three RV spots and a Laundromat. Amenities include, but are not limited to, a dog park, an outdoor event area, canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, paddle boats, roundabouts, fishing equipment, two fire pits, screened in patios, a basketball hoop, bicycles, exercise room, hammocks, a putting green, boat launch area and docks.This property provides a safe haven where healing can begin for our Veterans, Military Service Members, Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement Officers, Blue, Silver and Gold Star Families. THE PROPERTY GROUNDS & WILDLIFE
My Warrior's Place has water on two sides (a river on one side and a canal on the other side). The wildlife is abundant. There are many quiet quaint garden areas where one can find a seat to enjoy nature.

This 1bed/1bath cottage has 2 twins that can be made into a king. The size of the beds in the bedrooms are listed below. Cottages are completely furnished and ready for guests to come and relax.
Stays are limited (90 days max) as these cottages are for vacation, retreat and transitional housing needs.
3bed/2bath: (Cleaning Fee is $80) beds can be king or 2 twins in rooms

Outdoor Event area can be reserved for private occasions and events.
Donation amount for this beautiful space is negotiable. This private fenced in area has 4 covered gazebos, 2 gas grilles and a small stage.
Units are set up for 1 person in Studios, 2 people in 1 bedrooms, 4 in 2 bedroom and up to 6 in 3 bedroom. You can request air mattresses if needed for additional guests.
***NOTE: There is a one time non-refundable general cleaning fee per stay. Dogs are always welcome but there is a $5.00 per day (max of $250.00) pet fee to cover the extra expense of cleaning the cottages/units for the next guest (this pet fee does not apply to service animals).
